WillNation
The foundation of all estate planning, a Will provides for the dispersal of your estate in the event of your death. If you only have one estate planning document in place, this is it. We offer all our additional products (the one's offered in the complete plans) on an a la carte basis. So, if you're not ready to do the whole package, start with a will and come back later for the rest when you're ready.
No mater which "purchase" button you press, your purchase won’t be finalized until you’ve spoken with a lawyer. A WillNation attorney will help you understand your needs and select the right products with you. So don’t spend a lot of time fretting over which product you need. We’re here to help you with that.

WillNation’s Basic Will provides a single will for a single person. Even though we call it “basic,” you can specify an unlimited number of places and people for your estate’s assets to go. And even though we call it “basic,” you’d probably pay $700 for this if you sat in an attorney’s office. |

The WillPlus provides two wills at a discounted price for couples in a marital or registered relationship. Like the Basic Will, you aare not limited in the dispersal of your assets |
If you are incapacitated, someone has to pay your bills and manage your finances. If you don't decide, your family will suffer while your loved ones jump through numerous hoops, and may have to resort to court action, just to be able to pay the bills. You should also consider Health Care documents to appoint someone to make medical decisions for you.
Appoint a person to manage your finances if you cannot.
