If you have children, your Estate Plan is not complete if you do not provide for their guardianship and support. Someone is going to have to parent them, and if you don't decide, a court will. In addition to a complete estate plan, if you have children, you will need to add one of the following products.

Guardianship with Standard Trust	Cost: $100 or free w/ trust
Adds guardianship designation to your will(s), along with the creation of a WillNation designed trust to provide for their support. The standard trust spells out who will administer the money you leave behind for your children's care, and how the money will be spent. Our standard testamentary trust takes care of the issues that 90 percent of people have.

Guardianship with Custom Trust	Cost: $250
Adds guardianship designation to your will(s), along with the creation of trust you design with our lawyer's assistance to provide for their support. The custom trust allows you a great deal of flexibility in determining how the money you leave your children is distributed. It allows you to continue parenting even though you are gone, by leaving financial incentives or tying/prohibiting disbursments to your closely held beliefs. A trust of this complexity could cost you $2000 at a lawyer's office.
