The foundation of all estate planning, a Will provides for the dispersal of your estate in the event of your death. If you only have one estate planning document in place, this is it. We offer all our additional products (the one's offered in the complete plans) on an a la carte basis. So, if you're not ready to do the whole package, start with a will and come back later for the rest when you're ready.

If you have children, your Estate Plan is not complete if you do not provide for their guardianship and support. Someone is going to have to parent them, and if you don't decide, a court will. Estate planning isn't just about what happens to you when you die. You also have to consider how your "estate" (all the stuff you own) will be managed in the event that you are not able to do it yourself like you are now.
